What We Do

PEO Advantage was created to provide unbiased consultative based services to small and medium size businesses primarily in the areas of payroll, worker’s compensation, safety and risk management, benefits management, human resource management and compliance. We assist our clients in finding a solution that is right for them. We work with over 140 PEO and related service providers to ensure we can find a solution to meet their needs. We manage the search and selection process saving our clients valuable time while providing excellent service.
